yes, I do realise
that. well.. dilute...I shall say youngsters find it easier to speak Madarin rather than dialect... mayb due to family upbringing,
some parents themselves dun speak dialects, so how to teach their child? shall I say those youngster who knows speaks dialect
are not from well educated or well to do familes..
4) What is your opinion of people who speak dialects?
good, they
know their mother tongue.. be it for good or bad purpose... they have not lost their culture.
5) Given a chance,
would you join classes provided for the learning of your dialect?
well.. mayb.
but i wld say dialects are easier learned thru family, frens and tv programs
6) If you have children in the future, would you want them to learn your
own (or any) dialect? Why and why not?
yup I do want
them to learn, its their mother tongue. can u imagine we lost our dialects and speaks like ang mos or china?? oh god whr is
our own language... hee... :P
